Jalapeno Guacamole.

What better ingredient for a spicy guacamole dip could there be than the jalapeno? Get a medium bowl, and combine two chopped avocados, a quarter cup of mayo, a tomato, a chopped jalapeno, a quarter cup of diced onion, two tablespoons of cilantro, a tablespoon of lime juice, half a teaspoon of salt, and just a hint of ground black pepper. Let the spicy guacamole dip chill so that the flavors blend, and then serve it.

Peppery Guacamole.

To make a spicy guacamole dip that has a nice little kick, take three chopped avocados, one tablespoon of crushed red pepper flakes, a quarter teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper, one minced clove of garlic, a chopped tomato, one lime’s worth of juice, one lemon’s worth of juice, two thinly sliced onions, a quarter cup of finely chopped fresh basil leaves, and a teaspoon of salt, and mix it all in a big bowl. If you don’t serve this spicy guacamole dip immediately, then sprinkle some lemon juice on top and cover it with plastic. It will store this way for about two days.
