In fact, the typical ice-cream-loving American will treat themselves to at least 28 servings this year. In order to consume all that luscious ice cream and gelato, however, they’re going to need quite a few ice cream spoons and gelato spoons.

Even though the most ice cream is produced in June, thanks to all of the dairy farmers who provide all that milk and cream, Americans can enjoy this delicious frozen dessert throughout the year. The NPD Group conducted a study that found 40% of Americans will consume this delightful dessert within any given two-week period. Chances are, however, that you can find some people that consume it even more often.

Since spring is already here and summer is on its way, many Americans enjoy having ice cream parties. Whether these are planned celebrations or spontaneous get-togethers, they are going to need ice cream party supplies.

When deciding which flavors to purchase, Americans may go through quite a few tasting spoons. This is a great way to experience new concoctions, many of which they may not be able to live without. While some people may always get a scoop or two of their usual, others will purchase a new flavors each and every time they go out for ice cream, frozen yogurt, or gelato.

Mixing-and-matching flavors is always fun; so, too, is having a group of friends or family pick a new flavor to share. Given that the United States produces an estimated 1.5 billion gallons of ice cream and other frozen desserts every year, there are a considerable number of taste sensations to explore.

Since 90% of households in the United States indulge on a regular basis, chances are that they all raise their ice cream or gelato spoons in anticipation of one of their favorite desserts. If you haven’t had a dish of ice cream for a while, why not enjoy some right now.
